Service Description

To book your stay, simply visit our website and call our office at (518)-914-9110 upon arrival, and our staff will take you to your site and provide any necessary information for your stay. *The $175 deposit serves as a booking fee and will be applied to your total cost. If you cancel, you can reschedule at no extra charge. However, if you choose not to reschedule, the $175 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. **The Overlook camper sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, has a bathroom & shower, kitchen & dining area, a television that can be connected to your phone, one private bedroom, 2 small pull out beds, heat, A/C, electricity, and a fire pit. ***Our RVs come fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping accommodations. However, to keep our rental prices affordable, we kindly request that guests bring their own bedding, towels, silverware, and other camping essentials they may need during their stay. ****We want all of our guests to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay in our RVs, which is why we kindly ask that they leave the RV in the same clean and tidy condition they found it in. This includes removing all trash and personal belongings, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning any used dishes or appliances. If the RV is left in an unacceptable condition, guests will incur an additional cleaning fee of $75. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the cleanliness and quality of our RVs for all guests. *****We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your RV stay. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer you a credit that can be applied to any MVMM service. Full credit to account if cancellation is made 7 days prior to stay. For any cancellation thereafter, MVMM reserves the right to determine the amount of credit the guest may receive.
